About the event
Join Martin from Tsuchigumo Daiko for a 40 minute Uchikomi session to ready your body and mind for the day ahead. This will be an intensely physical session with very few breaks. The intention is to continually play on rotation for 40 minutes, but you can take any breaks you need at your discretion. Be prepared to sweat! 😰🥁
